Make Mine a Double

Friday drinks after work are a great way to do a little bit of team-building, without having to dress up, do silly activities like making a rocket or rowing across Lake Windermere (yes, I have actually had to do both of those in past employment… not the only reason I left but possibly a contributory factor)

When looking for a job, always make sure there’s a nice local if you want to have a great team atmosphere.  I think they should use this tip when looking for locations for a new business too.  Then again, this is probably why I don’t run my own business…
